Alpha Markets AI does not offer a free trial. All indicator access is paid only. We provide demo chart previews on our Indicators page so you can evaluate the tools before purchasing.
Refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial monthly purchase may be eligible for a full refund. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. To be eligible: (a) contact [email protected] with your refund request and reason within the eligibility window; (b) your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.
Refunds are not available for: (a) subscription renewals; (b) requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase for monthly plans; (c) annual plan requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase; (d) accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations; (e) partial months of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Alpha Markets AI does not provide refunds for trading losses. Trading losses occur in your own brokerage account and are entirely unrelated to your indicator subscription fee. We are a software company and have no liability for trading outcomes.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with subject line 'Refund Request' and include: (a) the email address associated with your account; (b) your order or transaction ID; (c) the date of purchase; (d) your reason for requesting a refund. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Charges from Alpha Markets AI will appear on your bank or credit card statement as 'ALPHAMARKETSAI.COM'. If you see a charge you do not recognize and believe it may be from us, contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to assist identify and resolve billing questions promptly.
All plans are recurring subscriptions. You will receive an email reminder at least 7 days before your subscription renews. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the renewal date via your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing disputes can be resolved quickly by our billing team. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact [email protected] immediately.
Alpha Markets AI does not collect, hold, manage, or invest customer funds. We provide software licenses only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Please read all legal documents carefully before using our software.
